中国人提起日本菜的时候,想起的就是生鱼片、寿司之类的食物,可是实际上日本人并不是天天吃这样的食物。真正每天的饮食当中不可缺少的东西是味噌汤、泡菜,在日本东部地区不可缺少的还有由黄豆发酵而成的纳豆。可以说,真正的日本食文化就是发酵文化,而日本人的长寿,也和每天吃发酵食品息息相关。
When Chinese people bring Japanese food, they think of sashimi, sushi and the like, but in fact the Japanese do not eat such food every day.
