目的探讨影响护士长心理健康的相关因素。②方法采用症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ－９０）、ＯＬＳＯＮ婚姻质量问卷（ＥＮＲＩＣＨ）和社会支持评定量表等６项心理问卷，对３５０名护士长进行了调查。③结果３５０名护士长的ＳＣＬ－９０中阳性项目数和躯体化因子分、强迫因子分、恐怖因子分、精神病性因子分均显著高于中国常模（ｔ＝２．４８～７．７４，Ｐ＜０．０５，０．０１）。影响护士长心理健康水平的多种因素中以神经质因子、兴奋性因子、敢为性因子、角色平等性因子和婚姻满意度因子的影响较大。④结论人格特征和婚姻质量是影响护士长心理健康的重要因素。
Objective To explore the related factors that affect the nurse’s mental health. 2 Methods 350 head nurses were investigated using six psychological questionnaires, including the SCL-90, the OLSON Marriage Quality Questionnaire (ENRICH) and the Social Support Rating Scale. 3 Results The number of positive items and somatization factors, forcing factors, terror factors, and psychotic factors in SCL-90 were significantly higher among the 350 head nurses than in the Chinese norm (t=2.48 to 7.74, P<0.05, 0.01). The factors affecting the head nurse’s mental health are influenced by neurotic factors, excitatory factors, daring factors, role equality factors, and marital satisfaction factors. 4 Conclusion Personality characteristics and marital quality are important factors affecting nurses’ mental health.
