问卷调研显示,湖北中小企业员工在生活压力、工作压力以及无成绩感等方面存在较为严重的心理困惑。本文通过分析引起中小企业员工心理困惑的成因,针对性地提出了企业员工心理健康教育的应用策略。
Questionnaire survey shows that employees in SMEs in Hubei Province have more serious psychological puzzles in terms of life pressure, work pressure and non-performance scores. This article analyzes the causes of psychological distress caused by employees in SMEs, and puts forward the application strategies of mental health education in enterprises.
