做好职工的培训工作,全面提高职工队伍素质,开发企业人力资源,是增强企业竞争能力的一条有效途径,也是全面提高企业素质的一项基础性工作。企业要在激烈的竞争中求生存,求发展,培训工作是摆在企业领导者面前的一个重要课题。一是提高认识,确定培训战略。企业的经营管理者必须要有超前的市场意识、人才意识,把提高全员的整体素质提到企业生存和发展的高度来认识,要更新培训观念,把增强企业的竞争能力作为培训工作的目标。企业竞争,人才是根本,只有加快培训高质量人才,推进技术进步和产品升级,才能在竞争中占优势。只有从整体上提高人才的素质,才能从根本上造就企业的竞争能力。
