一、学生实验与成立生物实验小组结合学生实验多集中于实验室,教师在讲解和演示后,部分同学难以在短时间内掌握要领、明确操作规程。为解决这个矛盾,选拨生物学基础好,并对生物学有较高兴趣的同学组织起生物实验小组,定期集中活动,让这部分同学成为学生实验对的“小先生”。如血涂片的制成实验,先让小组的同学在小组活动日做,掌握其制作要验。在学生实验时,教师辅导,“小先生”分别在各组示范,很快完成了血涂片的制作.青蛙和家兔的解剖也可采用这种方法进行。另外,实验小组饲养的蚯蚓、制作的昆虫标本、骨骼标本等还直接服务于教学。实验小组的活动,不仅增强了学生学习生物学的兴趣,丰富了生物学知识,而且还影响和带动了很多同学.为实验教学打下良好基础。
