1 实验器材调节好的投影仪一台,直径为15厘米的大培养皿一个,6厘米的小培养皿二个(甲、乙),17%的浓氨水和水各15毫升左右,酚酞试液少许。2 实验步骤2.1 把水倒入小培养皿甲,将其放在已打开的投影仪上的一侧,并滴入1至2滴酚酞试液。观察到酚酞试液遇水不变色。2.2 把浓氨水倒入小培养皿乙,将其放在投影仪上的另一侧,并滴入1至2滴酚酞试液。观察到酚酞试液遇浓氨水立即变成红色。2.3 将大培养皿罩住甲、乙两小培养皿。观察到只隔少许时间,甲培养皿中的含酚酞水也逐渐变成红色。
