通过皂化对磷化膜进行了后处理,研究了皂化的机理及对磷化膜性能的影响.采用X射线衍射法(XRD)对皂化膜的组成进行了表征,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了膜的表面形貌及膜层厚度,接触角的测定考察了水对膜的润湿程度.并用硫酸铜点滴法和电化学方法对皂化处理前后样品的耐腐蚀性进行了比较.
The mechanism of the saponification and its effect on the performance of the phosphating film were studied by the saponification of the phosphating film.The composition of the saponified film was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) The surface morphology of the film, the thickness of the film and the contact angle were measured to evaluate the wettability of the film, and the corrosion resistances of the samples before and after saponification were compared by spot-plating with copper sulfate and electrochemical methods.
