微透析技术是用于监测细胞外液中内源性物质及外源性物质的活体取样技术,但由于微透析样品是一种含有高浓度无机盐的复杂混合物,往往需要与色谱分离技术联合使用,才能对微透析样品中目标分析物进行测定。目前,微透析与高分辨率、高灵敏度的分析技术的联用已得到广泛应用,该技术的应用,为现代中药的研究提供了一种新的思路和工具。本文概述了微透析技术的原理及特点,重点介绍了微透析及其联用技术在中药干预下内源性物质的分析、中药药代动力学及相互作用研究中的应用。
Microdialysis is a vital sampling technique for monitoring endogenous and extraneous material in extracellular fluids. However, since microdialysis samples are complex mixtures containing high concentrations of inorganic salts, they often need to be used in conjunction with chromatographic techniques , The target analyte in the microdialysis sample can be measured. At present, the combination of microdialysis and high-resolution and high-sensitivity analytical techniques has been widely used. The application of this technique provides a new idea and tool for the study of modern Chinese medicine. This article summarizes the principle and characteristics of microdialysis technology, focuses on the analysis of endogenous substances under microdialysis and its combination technology with Chinese medicine intervention, the application of Chinese pharmacokinetics and interaction studies.
