油田研究院的科研团队目前存在着队伍年轻、攻关力量不足,人力资源不足、支撑能力受限,人员新、凝聚力弱、活力不强等问题。为此提出了创建“学习型、创新型、服务型”优秀科研团队设想,多渠道加强员工继续教育、多形式增强技术协作与交流、提升科技人员原创积极性、推进技术延展性创新、强化服务意识提升服务能力、做好现场生产支撑保障,通过开展这些活动,技术攻关实力明显加强,所承担和完成的重大科技攻关项目成果水平大幅提高,青年技术人才逐渐成为科研生产中的主力军,产建服务工作年年保质保量完成,有力支持了长庆油田的快速发展。
