目的探索乳腺超声检查中BI-RADS分级诊断标准对乳腺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法选取2015年3月至2017年3月于我院就诊的268例乳腺疾病患者的292个病灶为研究对象,采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪结合BI-RADS分级诊断标准进行检查并与病理检查结果比较。结果 (1)BI-RADS分级超声诊断的灵敏度为89.8%;特异度为80.5%;准确度为84.2%;(2)40岁以下组患者超声诊断的灵敏度88.9%,特异度91.8%,准确度91.6%。40岁以上组患者超声诊断的灵敏度94.1%,特异度65.8%,准确度87.9%。结论将BI-RADS分级诊断标准引入超声检查后,可规范超声检查工作,将超声结果准确传达给临床医生和患者。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of BI-RADS in diagnosis of breast tumors in breast ultrasound examination. Methods A total of 292 lesions of 268 patients with breast diseases who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the study objects and examined by color Doppler sonography combined with the BI-RADS grading diagnostic criteria and pathological examination Results comparison. Results (1) The sensitivity of BI-RADS was 89.8%, the specificity was 80.5% and the accuracy was 84.2%. (2) The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis of BI-RADS were 88.9%, 91.8% 91.6%. The sensitivity of ultrasonic diagnosis in patients over 40 years old was 94.1%, specificity was 65.8%, and accuracy was 87.9%. Conclusion The BI-RADS grading diagnostic criteria into the ultrasound examination, the standard ultrasonic examination work, the ultrasound results accurately to clinicians and patients.
