目的:探讨人工流产术后患者口服避孕药妈富隆的临床疗效。方法:将160例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,均给予益母草膏,治疗组在此基础上口服妈富隆。观察两组患者的出血量、月经恢复情况以及再次妊娠等情况。结果:治疗组患者的术后出血量、出血时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组术后闭经、月经紊乱等发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的月经复潮率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);两组术后一月内有性生活造成再次妊娠者,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产术后口服复方短效避孕药妈富隆,具有使用安全,缩短出血时间,减少出血量,有效促进月经恢复的优点,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Marvelon, an oral contraceptive in patients after induced abortion. Methods: 160 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both given Motherwort cream, the treatment group on the basis of oral Marvelon. Two groups of patients were observed bleeding, menstrual recovery and pregnancy again. Results: The bleeding volume and bleeding time in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidences of amenorrhea and menstrual disorders in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) The rate of menstrual regurgitation was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). In the two groups one month after the one-month pregnant women who had sex life, the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The short-acting compound contraceptives Marvelon after oral induced abortion have the advantages of safe use, shortened bleeding time, reduced blood loss and effective promotion of menstrual recovery, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
