在机械结构设计过程中,减轻重量、提高可靠性、降低制造成本己经成为产品设计过程中的重要设计主题。利用CAE技术对结构进行刚度、强度和动力学特性进行分析,寻找影响结构性能的结构特征与结构参数。开展结构特征、参数对结构性能和灵敏度的影响是实现机械结构优化设计的重要手段和方法。以拱桥加固中的桁架为研究对象,利用CAE技术分析桁架在各个工况下的应力、变形及其分布规律,根据分析结果提出满足结构刚、强度要求的较优结构。
In the mechanical structure design process, reducing weight, improving reliability, reducing manufacturing costs has become an important design theme in the product design process. The stiffness, strength and dynamic characteristics of the structure were analyzed by using CAE technology to find out the structural characteristics and structural parameters that affect the structural performance. To carry out the structural characteristics, the influence of the parameters on the structural performance and sensitivity is an important means and method to realize the optimization design of the mechanical structure. Taking the truss in the reinforcement of arch bridge as the research object, the stress, deformation and distribution of the truss under various working conditions are analyzed by using CAE technology. According to the analysis results, the optimal structure that meets the rigid and strength requirements of the structure is proposed.
