年设计能力为40万吨的莱钢轧钢厂中小型车间生产线,2003年生产钢材达到78.01万吨,远远超出设计生产能力。为此,该车间干部职工在感受到产能提升带来的喜悦的同时,更深深体会到创建学习型组织带来的推动作用。一年来,该车间以创建学习型班组为主线,不断创新班组管理方法和模式,在职工中营造了终身学习的新理念,使班组管理工作走上了一条“学习型”自主管理之路。 教育与引导相结合,营造团队学习的氛围。该车间自2003年初以来,紧紧围绕创建学习型班组活动,不断提高职工学习的主动性和积极性。首先,该车间为每个班组建立了学习型班组台帐,不定期进行
The annual design capacity is 400,000 tons of Laigang rolling mill small and medium workshop production line.
