我国职业教育目前正由传统学校教育逐步开始创新,探索关于职业教育与社会发展相切合,以最大限度保护学生、学校、企业三者之间的利益。文章分析了现阶段高等体育职业教育校企合作的不足,进而从教育本身进行改革、构建互惠共利的动力机制、责任与义务的约束机制、学校文化与企业文化有机融合的长效合作机制、落实外部保障等方面提出一系列设想,以提高体育职业院校人才培养质量,推动高等体育职业教育健康持续发展。
At present, vocational education in our country is gradually starting to innovate by traditional school education and exploring the connection between vocational education and social development so as to protect the interests of students, schools and enterprises to the maximum extent.
