目的分析学龄儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的行为问题。方法随访112例ADHD患儿,其中注意缺陷为主型(PI组)52例、多动/冲动为主型(HI组)29例、混合型(CT组)31例。采用Conners父母问卷量表评定患儿的行为问题。结果ADHD患儿伴有行为问题达83.93%,其中品行问题达45.54%,HI、CT组高于PI组(P<0.01);学习问题达65.18%,PI、CT组高于HI组(P<0.01);心身问题达31.25%,各组相仿(P>0.05);冲动多动达39.29%,HI组高于CT组(P<0.01);焦虑达15.18%,PI组高于HI组(P<0.05)。结论 ADHD患儿大多伴有一种或多种行为问题,需要临床个体化施治。
Objective To analyze the behavioral problems of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in school-age children. Methods One hundred and twelve children with ADHD were followed up, including 52 cases of predominant type of attention deficit (PI), 29 cases of hyperactivity / impulsivity (HI) and 31 cases of mixed type (CT). The Conners Parents Questionnaire was used to assess the behavioral problems in children. Results There were 83.93% behavioral problems in children with ADHD, 45.54% in conduct problems, 61.18% in HI and CT groups, 65.18% in learning group, and higher in PI and CT groups than in HI group (P < (P <0.01); psychosomatic problems reached 31.25%, which were similar in each group (P> 0.05); impulsive hyperactivity reached 39.29%; HI group was higher than CT group (P <0.01); anxiety was 15.18% <0.05). Conclusion Most children with ADHD have one or more behavioral problems and need clinical individualized treatment.
