利用Nd∶YAG激光器实现了5052铝/镀锌钢异种金属板材之间的熔-钎焊连接,并对焊缝成形、接头性能及微观形貌做了分析。分析结果表明,合适的热输入能够有效实现5052铝/镀锌钢异种金属之间的熔-钎焊连接,焊接接头中铝合金母材发生熔化与镀锌钢形成钎焊连接,镀锌钢母材并未发生熔化;焊接接头的抗拉强度为128 N/mm;微观形貌分析表明,在焊缝钎接界面处生成了一层薄金属间化合物层,金属间化合物层的厚度为3~4μm。
The melting - brazing connection of 5052 aluminum / galvanized steel dissimilar metal sheets was realized by using Nd:YAG laser. The weld formation, joint properties and microstructure were analyzed. The analysis results show that the suitable heat input can effectively achieve the fusion welding of 5052 aluminum / galvanized steel dissimilar metals. The aluminum alloy base metal in the welded joint melts and galvanized steel to form a brazed joint. The galvanized steel The material has not melted. The tensile strength of the welded joint is 128 N / mm. The microstructure analysis shows that a thin layer of intermetallic compound is formed at the interface of the brazed joint. The intermetallic compound layer has a thickness of 3 ~ 4μm.
