头皮转移癌是指身体其他部位的癌瘤转移至头皮者。我院1955～82年诊治22例头皮转移癌,均经病理检查证实。现报道于下。临床资料一、性别与年龄:男16例,女6例。年龄20～67岁,40岁以上16例。二、就诊时间:自出现头皮包块到就诊的时间为半月至1年,半年以内15例。三、原发癌:经临床检查及病理切片能确定原发癌部位者19例,其中肺癌7例,肝癌4例,消化道癌4例,鼻咽癌2例,甲状腺癌2例;未能确定其原发灶者3例。
Scalp metastases are cancers that metastasize to the scalp from other parts of the body. Third, the primary cancer: the clinical examination and pathological sections can identify the primary cancer in 19 cases, including 7 cases of lung cancer, 4 cases of liver cancer, 4 cases of gastrointestinal cancer, 2 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 2 cases of thyroid cancer; Determine the primary lesion in 3 cases.
