1991年以来,我们公司发展党员3756名,达到了质量好、重点突出、结构合理的要求,使生产一线工人和中青年知识分子党员的比例逐年增加。与1990年比较,生产一线的无党员班组降低了十个百分点,党员班组长提高了8.1个百分点。我们的主要做法是: 摸清底数,明确工作重点 1990年底,全公司有积极分子10232名,青年工人只占11.6%。从分布看。机关占54.8%,生产一线占45.2%。出现了机关多、生产一线少,全民企业多、集体企业少,管理人员多、老工人多、青年工人少的状态。通过分析,我们加深了两点认识:一是要加强生产一线党员力
