高职院校是我国高等院校的重要组成部分,为我国社会经济的发展注入了强劲的动力。但目前高职院校尚有许多不足之处:内部师资力量不足、人才培养理念落后、员工培训开发不足、绩效考核机制不科学与激励机制不完善等人力资源管理问题尤其突出,已经影响高职院校健康、快速、可持续发展。为此,笔者在分析这些问题的基础上,提出了加强民办高职院校人力资源管理的对策。
Higher vocational colleges are an important part of Chinese institutions of higher learning, which has injected a strong impetus into the social and economic development of our country. However, there are still many shortcomings in higher vocational colleges at present: the shortage of internal teaching staff, the backward concept of personnel training, the insufficient development of staff training, the unscientific performance appraisal system and the imperfect incentive mechanism are all serious problems in human resource management, Institutions of health, rapid and sustainable development. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing these problems, the author puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the human resource management in private higher vocational colleges.
