采用气相色谱/质谱联用(GC-MS)法测定了辐照后的3种聚乙烯(PE)类食品包装复合材料中抗氧化剂BHT的含量,并考察了其向食品模拟物的迁移情况。结果表明:BHT仅向脂类模拟物中迁移;同时,复合材料中BHT的含量及在食品模拟物中的迁移量均随辐照剂量的增加呈下降趋势;另外,BHT在材料辐照过程中产生了1,3-二叔丁基苯(1,3-DTBB)和1,4-二叔丁基苯(1,4-DTBB)两种降解产物,其含量及迁移量均随辐照剂量的增加而提升。
Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to determine the content of antioxidant BHT in irradiated polyethylene (PE) food packaging composites. The migration to food simulants was also investigated. The results showed that BHT migrated only to lipid mimics.
