本文讨论了采用相移法测量光纤色度色散的技术。对单模光纤的色散谱进行测量,得出单模光纤的零色散波长和色度色散随波长变化的斜率。此外,还对多模光纤的色度色散进行了测量。本文对测量精度作了理论分析,计算了随机噪声对相移测量的影响。 分别在二个波长区域——短波长区域(0.85μm附近)和长波长区域(1.3μm附近)对多模光纤和单模光纤的色度色散进行了测量,所得结果与用其它方法所测得的结果符合良好。
This article discusses techniques for measuring chromatic dispersion of fibers using the phase shift method. The dispersion spectrum of the single-mode fiber is measured, and the zero-dispersion wavelength and the slope of the chromatic dispersion with wavelength of the single-mode fiber are obtained. In addition, the chromatic dispersion of multimode fiber is also measured. In this paper, the measurement accuracy is analyzed theoretically, and the influence of random noise on the phase shift measurement is calculated. The chromatic dispersion of multimode fiber and single mode fiber was measured in two wavelength regions - the short wavelength region (near 0.85 μm) and the long wavelength region (1.3 μm, respectively), and the results were compared with those obtained by other methods The result is in good agreement.
