某玻璃厂染上“亏损病”,虽然四处“求医”,并不见好转。年初,新任厂长把两眼转向内部,将工厂的“病情”原原本本地告诉职工,请职工为企业号脉、会诊、开药方,仅月余就收到合理化建议上千条。厂领导依据这些“药方”,开展“双增双节”劳动竞赛,进行内部挖潜。截止11月底,不但消化了380余万元的减利因素,还使企业转亏为盈。仅“吃回头料”一剂“药方”,11个月“吃进”碎玻璃7300吨,使原材料成本降低130万元。
