煤矿井下顶板的支护状态决定于两个方面:一是工作环境;一是所使用的耐燃乳化液。这种液体中水的含量过高(95%),故润滑性能不良,并有严重的腐蚀性和污染性,对各种泵都是一种严酷的考验。实践证明,广泛使用的柱塞式乳化液泵能适应上述工作条件。但从液压系统整体来看,阀类装置,尤其是卸荷阀仍受到腐蚀作用,因而影响阀的可靠性。近期对卸荷阀进行的改进主要是改善了其性能,但仍有些基本内在问题尚待解决。
Coal mine roof support status depends on two aspects: First, the working environment; First, the use of fire-resistant emulsion. This liquid contains too much water (95%) and therefore poor lubricity and severe corrosiveness and contamination. It is a harsh test for all kinds of pumps. Practice has proved that widely used piston emulsion pump to adapt to the above working conditions. However, the hydraulic system as a whole, the valve device, especially the unloading valve is still corrosive, thus affecting the reliability of the valve. Recent improvements to the unloader valve have mainly improved its performance, but there are still some fundamental issues that remain to be solved.
