目的:为了解广东省妇幼保健机构儿童保健新项目开展情况,探讨儿童保健的需求动向,为儿童保健工作的发展及提高儿童保健服务质量提供依据。方法:对2006～2008年全省妇幼保健机构资源与运营情况调查统计表中的儿童保健新项目开展情况选取服务人次前10位进行了汇总分析,结果:2006年儿童保健新项目开展服务人次前10位是儿童眼保健、弱视防治、儿童智测筛查、生长发育门诊、早教、视力筛查、小儿脑瘫康复、行为发育门诊、小儿康复治疗、儿童早期教育;2007年为儿童视力筛查及干预、儿童集体早教、儿童增视治疗、儿童综合发展门诊、高危儿管理、儿童早期教育、早期教育和辞别力测试、小儿鼻腔冲洗术、小儿斜颈治疗、儿童智力测评;2008年为儿童早期综合发展、儿童早期综合发展软件使用、儿童气质评定、儿童特殊视力检查、弱视训练、儿童作业疗法、儿童眼保健、儿童骨长度超声检查、儿童心理筛查、儿童感觉综合治疗。结论:儿童保健新项目服务人次量较大,人们的要求也在不断改变,要与进俱进,满足他们的要求,为儿童的健康成长保驾护航。
Objectives: To understand the situation of new maternal and child health care projects in Guangdong’s MCH institutions and to explore the trend of demand for child health care, and to provide basis for the development of child health care services and the improvement of child health care services. Methods: A total of 10 top 10 health care service providers were selected from the statistics table of resources and operation of the MCH institutions in the province from 2006 to 2008, and the results were summarized as follows: before 2006, 10 were children’s eye care, amblyopia prevention and control, children’s intelligence screening, growth and development clinics, early education, visual screening, pediatric cerebral palsy rehabilitation, behavioral development clinics, pediatric rehabilitation, early childhood education; 2007 visual screening for children and Interventions, early childhood child education, child enhancement treatment, comprehensive outpatient clinic for children, high-risk child management, early childhood education, early education and farewell test, pediatric nasal irrigation, pediatric torticollis treatment, children’s intelligence assessment; 2008 for early childhood Comprehensive Development, Early Childhood Comprehensive Development Software, Children’s Temperament Assessment, Children’s Special Vision Examination, Amblyopia Training, Children’s Occupational Therapy, Children’s Eye Health, Children’s Bone Ultrasound Examination, Children’s Psychological Screening, Comprehensive Children’s Feeling Treatment. Conclusion: There are a large number of new service child care services, people’s requirements are constantly changing, to keep pace with progress to meet their requirements, to protect the healthy growth of children.
