新课改下的有效教学,指的是经过一段时间的教学后,学生获得了具体进步或发展。有效教学的评价标准是学生的有效学习,其核心是学生的进步和发展。教学是否有效,关键是看学生的学习效果,看有多少学生在多大程度上实现了有效学习,取得了怎样的进步和发展,以及是否引发学生对学习产生了兴趣。可以通过以下几点来打造有效的初中历史课堂:一、备课要既备内容又备学生;二、让学生爱上历史课;三、把历史课堂还给学生;四、课堂上及时掌握学生的反馈信息;五、以激励评价促进学生发展。
