本文阐明了潜孔冲击器的性能参数、结构参数及其相互关系。并通过大量试验图表和数据论证了影响冲击器钻孔性能的主要因素。着重指明提高冲击器的工作压力以及在给定工作压力条件下,改变活塞几何形状与常用潜孔钻头的最佳匹配是提高潜孔冲击器钻孔性能的两大途径。文中提出某些结论性的数据和定性的函数关系式,对冲击器的结构设计具有一定的指导意义。
This article clarifies the performance parameters, structural parameters and their relationship to DTH. And through a large number of test charts and data demonstrate the main factors that affect the impact drill perforation performance. Highlight two ways to increase the working pressure of the impactor and to improve the drilling performance of the DTH by changing the geometry of the piston and the commonly used DTH drill at a given working pressure. In this paper, some conclusive data and qualitative functional relationships are proposed, which have some guiding significance for the structural design of impactor.
