Pyloric insufficiency (PIS) and its associated diseases are not uncommon clinics, their occurrence and development have a certain causal relationship. Nearly 2 years our department endoscopic PIS565 cases, are analyzed as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information January 1995 ~ January 1996 in our hospital 2,061 cases of endoscopic gastroscopy were detected in 565 cases of PIS, the detection rate was 27.36%.
