随着高职院校学生社团不断发展,涌现出大量优秀的学生社团干部。他们对社团的经营、管理和运行起到了推进作用,对社团走向精品化产生了巨大影响。但当下学生社团干部管理中出现选拔不严格、管理不严谨等诸多问题影响社团发展。如何将学生社团干部管理模式进行系统化、精细化和一体化,对管理者来说,都是值得深思的。结合自身多年工作经验,分析学生社团干部管理现状及存在的问题,提出应对策略,并对学生社团干部管理进行探索与思考。
With the continuous development of student societies in higher vocational colleges, a large number of excellent student union cadres have emerged. They have promoted the operation, management and operation of associations and have a tremendous impact on the quality of associations. However, the current student cadre management cadres appear not rigorous selection, management is not rigorous and many other issues affect the development of the community. How to systematize, refine and integrate the cadre management model of student clubs is worth pondering to the managers. Combined with my years of work experience, I analyzed the status quo and existing problems of cadre management in student clubs, put forward coping strategies and probed into the cadre management of student clubs.
