苏联《建筑法规》是苏联建筑工程中必须遵守的法规,50年代我国曾翻译出版,在经济建设中起了较大的作用。但此后未见出版新版本的译文。去年冬天经水利水电规划设计总院郑顺炜副总工程师提出,由本刊编辑部出版1987年版《建筑法规》部分译文,内容是“水工建筑物 The “Construction Regulations” of the Soviet Union are the laws and regulations that must be complied with in the construction of the Soviet Union. In the 1950s, China was translated and published and played a major role in economic construction. However, no translation of the new version has been published since then. Last year, the Deputy Chief Engineer of the Water Resources and Hydropower Planning and Design Institute, Zheng Shunwei, proposed that the 1987 edition of the “Building Regulations” translation of the 1987 edition of the “Building Regulations” be published by the editorial department of the journal.
