患者,女,两岁,家属代诉:患儿一月前行走时右下肢坡行,并发现右小腿肿胀。遂至当地医院检查,行相关检查(不详)后考虑为骨髓炎,为求进一步诊治转至我院,拟“右胫骨慢性骨髓炎”收住。病程中有轻度发热。最高时约37.8度。专科查体:右下肢肿胀,皮肤轻度发红,皮温增高,皮肤无溃烂征象。触摸右下肢时患者哭闹明显。右侧腹股沟区见有两枚肿大淋巴结。右下肢活动度良好,双下肢等长。外院X线片显示右侧胫骨下段见有骨质
