目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定维生素C泡腾片和咀嚼片中木糖醇、山梨醇和蔗糖的分析方法。方法采用CAPCELL PAK NH_2柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(70:30,V:V)为流动相,流速为1 mL/min,柱温为35℃,示差折光检测器进行检测。结果木糖醇、山梨醇、蔗糖分别在10.50~104.94μg(r=0.9993)、9.98~99.72μg(r=0.9999)、9.72~97.24μg(r=0.9980)范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限均为2μg;平均回收率分别为95.1%、92.7%、92.6%,RSD分别为1.56%、2.22%、1.76%。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,分离度良好,适用于维生素C咀嚼片和泡腾片中山梨醇、木糖醇和蔗糖的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneous determination of xylitol, sorbitol and sucrose in vitamin C effervescent tablets and chewable tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods A CAPCELL PAK NH_2 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (70:30, V:V) at a flow rate of 1 mL / min and a column temperature of 35 ℃. Results The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between xylitol, sorbitol and sucrose in the range of 10.50 ~ 104.94μg (r = 0.9993), 9.98 ~ 99.72μg (r = 0.9999) and 9.72 ~ 97.24μg The average recoveries were 95.1%, 92.7% and 92.6%, respectively. The RSDs were 1.56%, 2.22% and 1.76%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and well-separated. It is suitable for the determination of sorbitol, xylitol and sucrose in vitamin C chewable tablets and effervescent tablets.
