为提高铸造工艺工程训练教学效果,提升学生的工程实践能力,提出了一种砂型铸造工艺组合式实践教学方案。采取“一箱多用”的方法,将多个模型的造型方法和浇注方法综合起来,以此扩大学生的知识面,提高教学效率。实现了从模仿验证到自主探究的转变,取得了预期的教学效果,为学生的专业发展奠定基础。
In order to improve teaching effect of casting process engineering training and enhance students’ ability of engineering practice, a combination practice teaching plan of sand casting process was put forward. Adopt the method of “multi-use in one box”, and combine the modeling methods and pouring methods of multiple models so as to expand students’ knowledge and improve teaching efficiency. It realizes the transformation from imitation verification to independent inquiry, and has achieved the expected teaching effect, laying the foundation for the professional development of students.
