《人力资源管理》课程是一门实践性较强的学科,在旅游管理、酒店管理、物流管理等专业开设。其目的是为了培养学生能有效地运用人力资源管理的各模块,以指导他们在今后的工作中能担当管理角色。目前,国内多数高职院校的《人力资源管理》课程仍然以课堂教学为主,学生的实践操作能力不强,也不利于学生就业。本文试图通过创造性思维处理教学,探讨出《人力资源管理》课程教学方法改革的理想模式。
The human resource management course is a highly practical discipline, which is established in tourism management, hotel management and logistics management. Its purpose is to train students to effectively use human resources management modules to guide them in their future work can play a management role. At present, the “Human Resource Management” course in most vocational colleges in China is still dominated by classroom teaching, and students ’ability to practice operations is not strong, which is not good for students’ employment. This article tries to explore the ideal mode of teaching reform in “Human Resource Management” through creative thinking.
