在反相微乳液体系中通过原位聚合,制备了纳米TiO2/交联淀粉复合微球。通过红外光谱、扫描电镜、粒度分析等对复合微球的结构进行了表征。结果表明:复合微球形态圆整,平均粒径为21.2μm,表面多孔;N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺与淀粉发生交联共聚,纳米TiO2粒子与淀粉发生羟基键合;复合微球的结晶度由于TiO2的存在显著降低。
In-situ microemulsion system by in situ polymerization, prepared nano-TiO2 / crosslinked starch composite microspheres. The structure of the composite microspheres was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and particle size analysis. The results showed that the morphology of the composite microspheres was round and the average particle size was 21.2μm with porous surface. Crosslinked copolymerization of N, N’-methylenebisacrylamide and starch occurred, and the nano-TiO2 particles were hydroxyl-bonded with the starch. The crystallinity of the ball is significantly reduced due to the presence of TiO2.
