胶层在复合材料粘接修理结构中起着载荷传递作用,采用有限元分析方法,研究了单面和双面粘接修理胶层中的应力分布特点,比较了2种不同修理形式胶层的VonMises应力、剥离应力和剪切应力的分布。结果表明,相同载荷下,单面修理的胶层VonMises、端部的剥离应力都较大,受剪切也比较严重。还研究了补片尺寸对胶层应力的影响。
The adhesive layer plays the role of load transfer in the bonding and repairing process of composite materials. The stress distribution characteristics of single and double-sided adhesive bonding adhesive layer are studied by finite element analysis method. Two different types of adhesive layer are compared Von Mises stress, peel stress and shear stress distribution. The results show that under the same load, the Von Mises with one side repaired have larger exfoliation stress and more severe shear stress. The influence of the patch size on the stress of the glue layer was also studied.
