本课程实施效果分析是为了了解《与旅游专业相衔接的茶艺课程开发与研究》教改课题研究目标的达成度。开设内容通过借鉴《在高职旅游专业开设茶艺课程需求调研报告》的调研结果,结合旅游专业和茶文化特点,满足旅游专业特色需求。开设目的是为了培养具有茶艺特长的旅游专业人才,扩大学生的就业面,提高就业待遇。因此,本次的课程实施效果分析主要针对课程整体的实施效果、目标达成度、学生的就业情况、学生对课程设置的满意度、教学及其他方面情况。
The implementation of this course is to understand the effect of “tourism industry with the convergence of the development and research of tea art” teaching reform project to achieve the degree of research objectives. The content of opening up by learning from the “tourism professional courses in higher vocational education needs research report” survey results, combined with tourism and tea culture characteristics to meet the tourism needs of specialty characteristics. The purpose of opening is to train tourism professionals with the specialty of tea, to expand the employment of students and improve employment treatment. Therefore, the analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of this course focuses on the implementation of the overall effect of the curriculum, achievement of goals, the employment of students, the students satisfaction with the curriculum, teaching and other aspects.
