2006年5月25～26日,第二届中国航空货运高峰年会在上海召开。本次会议集中讨论了中国航权的开放,二、三级城市的发展,以及机场、航空公司与第三方之间的关系等议题。来自全球航空货运行业的有关政府官员,货运航空公司、机场的高层管理人员,以及行业协会、行业咨询公司等近百名代表参加了此次会议。中国航空运输协会秘书长魏振中应邀在此次年会上发表了重要演讲。本文即该演讲内容的节选部分。
May 2006 25 ~ 26, the second annual summit of China’s air cargo held in Shanghai. The meeting focused on the opening of China’s navigation rights, second and third tier cities, as well as the airport, the relationship between airlines and third parties and other issues. Nearly 100 representatives from government officials, cargo airlines and airports of the global air cargo industry, as well as industry associations and industry consulting firms, attended the meeting. Wei Zhenzhong, secretary general of China Air Transport Association, was invited to deliver an important speech at this annual meeting. This article is an excerpt of the speech.
