中等职业学校学生主体为弱势群体,具有与普通高中学生极差的心态,自卑心理严重,常常感到前途渺茫。这一特殊群体给中等职业学校的德育工作带来了较大的难度,研究解决这以群体的自卑心理,是中等职业学校德育工作亟待解决的问题。社会的误导和世俗偏见的影响,是自卑心理产生的主要原因。中等职业学校的德育工作,面临着沉重的帮助学生正确评价自己、充分表现自己和主动补偿自己的任务。我们必须更新教育观念,用德育拓展和提升学生精神世界,帮助学生增强自信,体验成功,促进成才,以“成功者”心态走向社会、融入社会、适应社会、服务社会的主体意识。
Secondary vocational school students for the disadvantaged groups, with the very poor mentality of ordinary high school students, inferiority serious, often feel the future is slim. This special group brings more difficulty to moral education in secondary vocational schools. It is an urgent problem to be solved in moral education in secondary vocational schools to study and solve this group of inferiority complex. Social misleading and secular prejudice, is the main reason for inferiority complex. Moral education in secondary vocational schools is facing a heavy task of helping students correctly evaluate themselves, fully demonstrate themselves and take the initiative to compensate themselves. We must update our educational concept, expand and enhance the student’s spiritual world with moral education, help students to enhance their self-confidence, experience success and promote talents, and become “subjective, successful,” social, social, social and service-oriented subjective consciousness.
