利用Pro/E软件建立联轴器的几何模型,导入ANSYS软件中对尼龙和橡胶2种填充材料的联轴器进行稳态热分析、瞬态热分析及热应力耦合分析。分析结果表明:与尼龙材料相比,橡胶填充材料的联轴器导热性差,联轴器整体的温升慢,产生的热应力低于材料的许用应力,可以使联轴器的使用寿命延长,适合于高温、高转速、大扭矩的传动轴联接。
The geometry model of the coupling was established by using Pro / E software. The ANSYS software was used to conduct the steady state thermal analysis, transient thermal analysis and thermal stress coupling analysis on the coupling of nylon and rubber filled materials. The results show that compared with the nylon material, the coupling of the rubber-filled material has poor thermal conductivity, slow temperature rise of the entire coupling and thermal stress lower than the allowable stress of the material, which can prolong the service life of the coupling , Suitable for high temperature, high speed, high torque shaft connection.
