目的:探讨鱼腥草注射液与临床上常用的15种药物和3种输液配伍稳定性,为临床鱼腥草注射液的合理配伍用药提供参考。方法:按照临床配伍方式,将鱼腥草注射液与所选取的15种常用药物和3种输液进行配伍,测定配伍后10 min和2 h的外观、pH、不溶性微粒和鱼腥草素含量的变化。结果:鱼腥草注射液与更昔洛韦和维生素B1配伍后pH均超过了注射剂允许的范围,除了庆大霉素注射液、5%和10%葡萄糖注射液外,鱼腥草注射液与其他注射液配伍含10μm微粒数均超过药典规定,与左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、庆大霉素、地塞米松和维生素C配伍后,鱼腥草素的含量下降均接近甚至超过10%。结论:鱼腥草注射液与5%和10%葡萄糖注射液无明显配伍禁忌,但应避免与5%葡萄糖盐水和上述15种药物配伍使用。
Objective: To investigate the stability of compatibility between Houttuynia cordata injection and 15 kinds of commonly used drugs and 3 kinds of transfusion in clinical practice, and to provide a reference for rational compatibility of Houttuynia cordata injection. Methods: In accordance with the clinical compatibility, Houttuynia injection was mixed with 15 commonly used drugs and 3 kinds of infusions selected to determine the appearance, pH, insoluble particles and houttuynin content at 10 min and 2 h after compatibility Variety. Results: Houttuynia injection combined with ganciclovir and vitamin B1 pH exceeded the allowable range of injection, in addition to gentamicin injection, 5% and 10% glucose injection, Houttuynia injection and Other injection containing 10μm particle number exceeded the Pharmacopoeia regulations, and levofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, gentamicin, dexamethasone and vitamin C compatibility, the houttuynin content decreased to close to or even exceed 10%. Conclusion: Houttuynia injection with 5% and 10% glucose injection no obvious incompatibility contraindications, but should be avoided with 5% glucose saline and the above 15 kinds of drugs used in combination.
