随着我国城市化步伐的逐渐加快和人民生活水平的日益提高,各类建筑工程如雨后春笋、拔地而起。工程造价管理是建筑工程管理中的有机组成部分,科学、高效的工程造价管理,能够实现在保证建筑工程质量的前提下,确保建设成本最小化、经济效益最大化。在建筑行业竞争日益激烈的今天,工程造价管理对于建筑企业提高经济效益和企业竞争力都有极为重要的现实意义。鉴于此,本文对工程造价管理中存在的一些问题进行阐述,通过对这些问题的分析,进而提出相应的对策,希望为建筑企业实现工程质量和经济效益的双丰收提供借鉴。
With the gradual acceleration of the pace of urbanization in our country and the ever-increasing standard of living of the people, all kinds of construction projects have sprung up and springing up. Project cost management is an integral part of construction management, scientific and efficient project cost management, to achieve the premise of ensuring the quality of construction projects, to ensure that the minimum construction costs, maximize economic benefits. In the increasingly fierce competition in the construction industry today, project cost management for construction enterprises to improve economic efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises have very important practical significance. In view of this, this article elaborates some problems existing in project cost management, and through the analysis of these problems, puts forward corresponding countermeasures, hoping to provide reference for construction enterprises to achieve double harvest of project quality and economic benefits.
