目的:建立黄皮叶醇提取物中芦丁的含量测定方法,为黄皮叶的开利用发提供参考。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水-乙腈-冰乙酸(20∶60∶10∶1)为流动相,流速1mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长360nm。结果:芦丁在0.801 6~4.00 80μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为97.6%,RSD为1.5%(n=6)。结论:该方法结果准确度高,精密度好,可用于黄皮叶醇提取物中芦丁的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of rutin in the extract of Huangpi leaf and to provide a reference for the exploitation of yellow leaf. Methods: The octadecylsilane bonded silica gel column (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) was used as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1mL / min with methanol-water-acetonitrile-glacial acetic acid ℃, detection wavelength of 360nm. Results: Rutin had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.801 6 ~ 4.00 80 μg (r = 0.999 9) with an average recovery of 97.6% and a RSD of 1.5% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method has high accuracy and good precision, and can be used for the determination of rutin in the extract of Huangpi leaf.
