目的研究不同缺血时间对移植骺板组织结构和生长的影响。方法在36只8周幼兔的右下肢,对胫骨上端骺板的血供分别阻断2、4和8小时,在左侧胫骨相同部位埋置金属标志作为对照,利用X线测量术后第3个月的生长长度,并作切片观察骺板组织学改变。结果缺血2和4小时的骺板组织结构正常,生长速度与对照侧相同。缺血8小时可导致骺板中心散在变性、坏死,生长速度较对照侧慢。结论4小时以内的缺血对骺板的组织学和生长无影响。缺血8小时,可使骺板生长减慢,但未见到骨桥形成或骺早闭现象。
Objective To study the effect of different ischemic time on the structure and growth of epiphyseal plate. Methods In the right lower limbs of 36 rabbits of 8 weeks, the blood supply to the epiphyseal plate in the upper tibia was blocked for 2, 4 and 8 hours respectively. The metal markers were embedded in the same site of the left tibia as a control. 3 months of growth length, and for observation of epiphyseal histological changes. Results The structure of epiphyseal plate was normal at 2 and 4 hours after ischemia, and the growth rate was the same as the control side. Ischemia 8 hours can lead to epiphyseal plate center scattered degeneration, necrosis, growth rate slower than the control side. Conclusion The ischemia within 4 hours had no effect on the histology and growth of the epiphyseal plate. Ischemia 8 hours, epiphyseal plate growth can slow down, but did not see the formation of bone bridge or epiphyseal early closure phenomenon.
