疲劳试验采用MTS810电液伺服材料试验机,保持平均载荷不变,测定不同载荷幅下点焊试样的疲劳寿命.试验结果表明,恒幅加载下,随着载荷幅的增大,疲劳寿命循环数不断减小.且在双对数坐标形式下,疲劳寿命与载荷幅呈现近似线性关系.按照电阻点焊试样的结构尺寸和缺口形状使用ANSYS软件建立有限元模型,分析得到焊核周围区域的应力应变分布以及裂纹最易萌生位置.
