在一简单模型上定量研究了光引发剂 ITX(异丙基硫杂蒽酮 )的引发特性及可能的机理 ;考察了温度、引发剂浓度对光聚合活性及光接枝活性的影响 ,并与 BP(二苯甲酮 )、BDK(安息香双甲醚 )进行了比较。发现 ITX的光聚合活性与光接枝活性介于 BP和 BDK之间 ,对接枝而言 ,BP>ITX>BDK;对聚合而言 ,BDK>ITX>BP。这些结果可用 ITX在 U V辐射下 Norrish Type 型和 Norrish Type 型两种反应同时发生的机理解释
The initiation properties and possible mechanisms of photoinitiator ITX (isopropyl thioxanthone) were quantitatively studied in a simple model. The effects of temperature and initiator concentration on photopolymerization activity and photo-grafting activity were investigated. BP (benzophenone), BDK (benzoin dimethyl ether) were compared. It was found that photopolymerization activity and photografting activity of ITX was between BP and BDK, BP> ITX> BDK for grafting and BDK> ITX> BP for polymerization. These results can be explained by the mechanism of ITX’s simultaneous occurrence of both Norrish Type and Norrish Type reactions under UV radiation
