“双师型”教师的教学能力是提高高等职业教育教学质量的关键。研究其内涵能够为分析目前“双师型”教师教学能力现状及成因提供理论基础,所以通过文献研究法对此进行研究。得出“双师型”教师教学能力的内涵是“双师”顺利完成高职专业的教学活动所必须具备的,并与教学活动效率相联系的心理特征。它包括一般教学能力和特殊教学能力两部分内容。其中特殊教学能力主要体现了高职教育的实践性、应用性和职业性的特点。
“Double Teachers ” teachers’ teaching ability is the key to improve teaching quality of higher vocational education. To study its connotation can provide a theoretical basis for analyzing the status quo and causes of the teaching abilities of teachers in the current double-teacher teaching system. Therefore, this study is conducted through the literature research. The author concludes that the connotation of “double teacher” teaching ability is that “double teacher” must have the psychological characteristics of successfully completing the teaching activities of higher vocational majors and is related to the efficiency of teaching activities. It includes general teaching ability and special teaching ability of two parts. Among them, the special teaching ability embodies the practicality, applicability and occupational characteristics of higher vocational education.
