绩效管理是企业管理的一个重点问题,同时又是难点问题。绩效管理体系的有效实施,不仅可以帮助企业实现整体发展目标,而且还能够不断提升员工个人能力和工作绩效,从而使企业持续保持竞争力和活力,创造更好的经营绩效。但是不成功的绩效管理体系,不仅难以达到企业目标,反而还会对企业管理产生制约作用甚至负面影响,阻碍企业总体目标的顺利实现。本文分析了企业绩效管理过程中存在的问题和不足,探讨了改进这些问题和不足的途径及方式,提出了企业在绩效管理中应该注意的方面。
Performance management is a key issue in business management, but it is also a difficult issue. The effective implementation of the performance management system can not only help the company achieve the overall development goals, but also continuously improve the individual capabilities and work performance of the employees, so that the company can maintain its competitiveness and vitality and create better business performance. However, an unsuccessful performance management system will not only fail to achieve business goals, but will also have a restrictive or even negative impact on business management and hinder the smooth realization of the overall goals of the company. This paper analyzes the problems and deficiencies in the process of corporate performance management, discusses the ways and means of improving these problems and deficiencies, and puts forward the aspects that companies should pay attention to in performance management.
