为了适应当今世界国际竞争的要求,基础教育改革的一个重大问题就是要切实实现由应试教育向素质教育的转变。实行素质教育,首先应把德育放在首位,中学思想品德中的教材、课堂教学能起到学校德育工作的“主载体”作用。因此,如何充分发挥思想品德课的德育功能,这是广大政治教师必须认真研究探讨的一个重大课题。下面我想就如何在思想品德课中发挥德育功能谈谈自己粗浅的几点体会:一、思想品德教师首先要加强学习,不断提高自身素质当今世界,科学技术日新月异,新理论、新观点不断涌现,我们只有不断学习,充实知识,才能不断提高
In order to meet the requirements of international competition in today’s world, a major problem in the reform of basic education is to effectively realize the transition from exam-oriented education to quality education. To implement quality education, we should first put moral education in the first place. The teaching materials and classroom teaching in the ideological and moral qualities of secondary schools can play the role of “master carrier” in school moral education. Therefore, how to give full play to the moral education function of ideological and moral education is a major subject that must be seriously studied and discussed by political teachers. Now I would like to talk about how to use my moral education function in my ideological and moral lessons to talk about my own superficial experiences: First, ideological and moral teachers must first strengthen their studies and constantly improve their own quality. Today’s world is changing rapidly with new technologies and new ideas. We can continuously improve only if we continue to learn and enrich our knowledge.
