在解决员工“亚健康”和完善人文关怀体系中,只有不断解放思想,不断创新,善于发现新情况、新问题、新特点,研究新对策,做到有的放矢,才能收到预期的效果,增强员工的归属感和满意度,从而增强企业的可持续发展能力。当前,我国处于改革的攻坚期,社会的转型期,各种矛盾突显。企业员工在心理上不同程度出现“亚健康”状态,长此以往,必将导致“效率下降、士气低落、事故增多”等问题,企业亟需探索、寻找一把打开员工心灵的钥匙。关注员工“亚健康”的现实意义开展人文关怀,关注员工“亚健康”是践行科学发展观的具体体现。“以人为本”是科学发展观的本质和核心,这就要求遵照人性的基本规律,理顺人与社会的关系,确立人在社会中的中心地位,优化入的生存环境,提高入的生存质量,实现人的全面发展。
