对微量元素钙在硫钙复合系预硬型塑料模具钢5CrNiMnMoVSCa(简称5NiSCa)中的行为和作用进行了研究.结果表明,钙可使硫化物变质,促进硫化物纺锤化,其纺锤化的程度和Ca/S有密切关系;钙也可使氧化物变质,即使其成为夹心硫化物的夹心和易切削相.钙的这种变质行为能较大幅度地提高5NiSCa钢在预硬态(HRC35~45)下的切削加工性和等向性能,有效地克服单一硫系预硬型塑模钢的弱点.
The behavior and action of trace element calcium in 5CrNiMnMoVSCa (5NiSCa), a pre-hardened plastic mold steel for calcium and sulfur composites, were studied. The results show that calcium can degrade sulfides and promote sulfide spheroidization. And Ca / S are closely related to each other. Calcium also deteriorates the oxide, even if it becomes a sandwich and free-cutting phase of the sandwich sulfides. This deterioration of calcium can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of 5NiSCa steel in the pre-hardened state (HRC 35 ~ 45) under the machinability and isotropic performance, effectively overcome the weakness of a single sulfur-based pre-hardened steel mold.
